Each yacht is kashered before your charter — including the galley and outdoor grill. We use only Glatt kosher meats, kosher poultry, and cholov Yisroel dairy (available upon request), with strict separation of meat and dairy utensils and preparation.

A mashgiach can be on board upon request to supervise food preparation, ensuring every detail meets your expectations. From gourmet meals to Shabbat dinners, we combine the finest cuisine with unwavering adherence to the laws of kashrut.

All meals are prepared fresh in a kashered galley, with every detail—from preparation to plating—aligned with the highest standards of kosher observance. 

Here’s How We Observe Shabbat at Sea:

• Docked Before Sunset on Friday: All vessels are securely docked before Shabbat begins, allowing for peaceful preparation and observance.
   
• Remain Docked Until Sunday Morning: We stay docked from Friday evening through Sunday morning, eliminating the need for prohibited activities such as sailing or operating electronics.
   
• Pre-Planned Gourmet Shabbat Meals: All meals are lovingly prepared in advance using Glatt kosher ingredients under the supervision of a kosher-trained chef.
   
• Kabbalat Shabbat and Havdalah-Friendly: We provide space and support for candle lighting, prayer, and Havdalah rituals.
   
• Elegant & Relaxed Atmosphere: Guests enjoy beautifully set Shabbat dinners, festive lunches, and time to connect — all within the serenity of a luxury yacht.
